As a Nutrition & Fitness Coach, my passion is to help everyone not only reach
their physique goals but also create a healthier, happier lifestyle that is
sustainable long term.
My approach combines what science has proven most safe and effective
and what works most realistically for YOU. This goes beyond calorie counting.
The focus is on consuming a specific ratio of protein, carbs and fat daily. Every
person is unique and I will calculate your numbers based on YOUR lifestyle,
YOUR body and YOUR goals.
By combining flexible nutrition, exercise and improving daily habits, TOGETHER
we will create a solution that rewards you both mentally and physically.

MEET CHRISSY
You’re not alone - I’ve been where you are! I was tired of the
restrict and binge cycles and not seeing results when I put so
much effort into my workouts.
I was beyond confused trying to understand nutrition - what to
eat and how much. I felt defeated and all I desperately wanted
was to feel confident in my own skin.
Discovering the benefits of having a Nutrition Coach changed my
life. I knew I wanted to become one myself and am now helping
motivated individuals achieve the results that come with this
lifestyle.

little skeptical, and to feel overwhelmed with self-doubt. You
